This arpeggiated chord progression was made with the Organelle using the Chordi patch. A Royer microphone was placed on the roof of our building next to the vines that climb the walls. This microphone recorded what would be heard if one stood in that spot as the breeze went by. As the arpeggios build, a new sound plays the same notes. This sound is made from the sound of microphone on the roof, only playing one narrow frequency band. This sound is then transposed via the same arpeggiated notes, and joined by samples taken from the recording of Grave 1.
